Refund and Returns Policy for Uspariz

At Uspariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and resellable.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Clearance, sale, or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Opened or used automotive products (such as oils, cleaners, etc.).
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@uspariz.net or call us at (865) 992-0231 to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping.
- Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. We currently do not handle direct exchanges through our system.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Refunds to Credit Cards
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement depends on your payment provider.
7. Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we work hard to process it as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@uspariz.net or (865) 992-0231. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
